Installing Dial-Up Networking in Windows 95
The Workgroup Internet Gateway uses the Dial-Up Networking support provided by Windows 95. The gateway requires that a dial-up connection to your Internet provider already exists.
To install Dial-Up networking, run up the Control Panel. Control Panel may be found under Settings in the Start menu.

Double click on Add/Remove Programs. The Add/Remove Programs property sheet will appear. Select the Windows Setup tab and double click on the Communications entry.

The Communications dialog box will appear. Select the Dial-Up Networking check box and press OK. Windows will then install Dial-up networking.

If you did not have Dial-Up networking installed when you ran the Setup program, you would not have been able to select a dial up connection, needed to connect to your Internet provider.
